YOUR GALLERY VIEWING

Approximately 1–2 weeks after your photoshoot, you'll be invited back to the studio for your private gallery viewing.

You'll see 30+ fully edited images from your session, presented as a slideshow.

This is when you'll choose your favourite images and select the package that's right for you. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase any additional wall art or products.

How should I prepare?

Gallery viewings usually take around 30–60 minutes.

As you'll be making decisions about your photographs and products, I recommend that all decision-makers attend the viewing.

If you're considering wall art for your home, it can be helpful to think about where you'd like to display your images before your appointment. Measuring your available wall space and taking a few photos can help us discuss suitable sizes and options during your viewing.

Payment

Payment is made in full at your gallery viewing.

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Please note that all orders are final. Any images not purchased as part of your package or order will be deleted after your viewing.

After your viewing

Your fully edited digital images will be available to download within 48 hours of your viewing.

Prints will usually be ready to collect within 14 days of your gallery viewing.

Alternatively, postage is available for £10.

Wall art and other bespoke products can take approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on the product selected.

Please note wall art is collection only.

WALL ART

If you purchase the Gold or Platinum package, you'll receive £100 credit towards wall art.

This can be used towards acrylics, frames or canvas wall art. Please note that this credit cannot be used towards albums or other smaller products.

Your £100 credit must be used at your gallery viewing, so I recommend looking through the wall art options on my website before your appointment.

Custom sizing and framing is also available for many products, so if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, please ask — I'll be happy to discuss the options with you.
